I am just livid

I registered with Varsity College for Payroll. I attended the course and wrote all my assessments and all. The day I am suppose to write my exam I discovered that the POE i was given in class all this while isnt the correct one and the correct one was sitting at the store room collecting dust. I went to reception to get clarity and I was told to submit the one I got in class but there were other docs that were needed and I didnt have at the time. I explained to them and I was informed that the college has the copies so they will file that for me.<br> <br> To my suprise when I received the results I found out that I have to rewrite due to the fact that I did not submit all the docs. I phoned the college and I spoke to Justin for more that 40 mins on the phone and all that he was doing is to just defend instead of coming with possible solutions.<br> <br> Frankly he turned everything around and made me look like I am the person who didnt do what I was suppose to do. <br> <br> Even when we lodged a complaint about our lecturer not being helpful, Varsity College slammed those claims and told us that their lecturers are the best.<br> <br> Our future is at stake her and we cannot afford to have these kinds of things
