Clueless Advisors
At the beginning of the year we were notified about a sibling discount that is offered if you have more than 1 child at Varsity College. My husband then phoned Varsity College to find out about the discount and was told not to worry it would automatically be credited to his last months statement so he never needed to do anything. Guess what once again incorrect info given, we did need to apply for the discount so now apparently we have lost out. Any new parents with more than one child at Varsity College please be aware of this clause and make sure you apply early. Terrible service again.

25 Oct 2021, 16:27To make things worse we are told that we never ticked a box on the application form. The application form for the son in Durban North was actually completed with us by an advisor so surely she should have known what info was neeeded.
