Applying to Varsity College (Westville) has been a nightmare

Applying to Varsity College (Westville) has been a nightmare. I work full-time so I explained that I would need proof of registration to a full-time course so that I could apply for 1 year leave. They promised I would get it as soon as I registered but they just would not give it to me. Instead, after 3 months, they edited a proof of acceptance letter; which is not the same thing. The annoying part is that you get proof of registration without asking at a government institution. 2 months after that, I gave up and deregistered at the beginning of April. I had to email the CEO of Crawford Schools for them to acknowledge my decision towards the end of April. Now it's been 2 months of waiting for them to give me my money back. They responded quickly when they thought that I owed them money but once they realised that the opposite is true, all communication stopped. Now I have to waste my time looking up the CEO of Advtech and governing bodies for private institutions. I should have just gone to a government institution. Please learn from my mistake.
