What a circus, at our expense...

Any Varsity College student is starting to sound like a broken record, there should be an option for no star rating at all; I am just livid with VC; all this mess started February 2022 when we "attempted" to register until some of us only got access to the system 2nd week of April 2022 when classes were already under way and had to rush and accelerate our learnings. Now, it is the 29th July 2022; with only 1 module result and another one where the 1st assignment mark is missing & received a low mark of 22% for the exam written (sit down that I took on the 24 June 2022, where I was told I was not registered at the campus; after 3 years of writing at the very same campus...hehehehe). I initially had a high CASS Mark of 100% (Ass 1 at 94% & Ass 2 got 100%) to now sit with a CASS of 61% and a FES result. How does that make sense let alone a total Module mark of 39% I have requested for my exam script and a remark. The sad part, you query you're told to "Log a ticket" to no avail; with the amount of money that we pay for quality *private* education. We shouldn't even be in a position to be logging calls or running here, we are online students for a reason; we work full time (demanding) jobs as healthcare workers then only after 10pm we switch to academic caps. No official apology or statement has come out from whoever is sitting on top of the hierarchy from VC to address the mess; instead we are left to deal with clueless admin staff who are just running around with buckets to ensure they don't drown.
