Varsity College:Sloth and incompetence.

I am the benefactor of a student. My practice paid the student's first installment on 18 February 2022, the rest to be debited monthly. Notorious for not responding to e-mails, calls and follow up - we have asked Finance on numerous occasions to provide us with a paid tax invoice + statement for company accounting purposes. No response. In desperation I called the Head of the Midrand College Vanessa Mhlanga with a message for reception to call me back. No call back. I sent an e-mail to *** requesting same but again, as it befits the sloth and incompetence of Varsity College, no response whatsoever. Is there a reason Varsity College not complying with a legal requirement to remit paid tax invoices and statements? An internal audit of their processes and especially how funds received are managed is called for.
