VARSITY COLLEGE IS A MONEY ******** BUSINESS

I app**** for my daughter to VC Waterfall, everyday I was making follow up on what is happening as there were no communication from them.After several attempts we got assisted by a guy called Saneer, he kept on trying to get them to process the forms and give feedback. Fast forward on the 26th of March we received an email that provided a link for orientation for first years and we reported back that it wasnt working. On the 6th of April my daughter went to the college to cancel the whole thing as we had opted for option B since VC was not being helpful. On the 8th of April we received an email for books telling us how to purchase books and we went back to Saneer to ask how do we buy books and what books since nothing else has been provided? I spoke to Lerissa on the 9th of April to follow up on the cancallation who she told me will come back to me in two days. Did follow ups and nothing until the 21st April 2021 they requested for a cancellation fee of R28000 - R7000 I had already paid which means a total of R35000 yet nothing not even a timetable was provided from vc. Why must I pay 50% of the fees when nothing was provided? Not even been able to log in on their system...This is a money making **** , now I see what people are talking about when they say VC only cares about taking money from people. I have spent a lots of money contacting VC just to get an update on an email to confirm registration or provide login details but nothing yet I have to pay!!!! VC is a money ******** tool, nothing else.
