The College is hell bent on adhering to policies, not realising that this is South Africa and Life happens!

A student travels from Centurion to Waterfall campus daily. This journey normally takes 30 minutes. On the day of the test the trip almost an hour and half, the student was late for the test. The response from the super humans at the student hub, policy dictates that once all concessions are utlised, there's nothing that can be done. We are experiencing the worst possible service orientation from this campus and nobody even cares enough about the reputation of the college.
