SHUT DOWN VARSITY COLLEGE
No guys, pull up your socks as an institution.... We cannot have people seated behind a desk that are clearly not doing their jobs. We have enough problems as it is and then there's you (Varsity College Waterfall). Firstly your portal is useless, and I've had to call 5 times in the past week requesting for my statement then I find out that ya'll didn't even load all my modules, so if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known.... Here I am thinking I completed my registration and successfully so only to be slapped with this in the face? Secondly the statement that was sent to me is totally different from the fees schedule I saw and signed for when I did my registration.
So what must happen now??
