refund

On the 31-January 2019 . I transferred R1750.00 for registration for my daughter Zinhle Mgwenya. I went to see the on the 01-02-2019 to find out about their fees . I spoke to my husband then he we cannot afford the fees . The registration fee is R400.00 I have send them the email requesting the refund of R1350.00. The email was send to Pravan Naidu they say they wont be able to refund cash they were going to give me the credit. I think that is unfair to me . Can you please help
