Poor service

Varsity College keeps disappointed me

2021 I app**** to study PGCE with them, they couldn’t give me feedback until the last day of the registration that was when they told me to come to campus to register then I had to rush from where I was to Waterfall campus on that day….which I felt that it was inappropriate

Last year I finished my PGCE, got my marks for my teaching experience and all went well

Then I started applying for teaching vacancies then I managed to secure 1 interview, then the school asked me to send them the academic record and completion letter…..okay fine went onto the system to check my academic record only to find that my mark for Proficiency Communication that I wrote in December 2021 was never loaded and in January 2022 I got the email saying I have passed the Proficiency Communications exam

On the 9th January 2023 I went to the student hub to log a ticket requesting for a completion letter and academic record urgently, till today I still haven’t received anything response from them. I called the student hub the promised me that they will send it on Thursday till today still nothing. I was told that my query has been sitting with Thembakazi and she is doing nothing about it, it has been two weeks now.

I now lost a job opportunity due to your incompetence. I was not expecting this treatment from a private university.

I wanted to register another course with them but I feel that my experience with UJ is way better than the one i got in VC
