Mr & Miss VC Ticket Price

So I go to buy my ticket for the even and paid R40 while my fellow white students paid only R20 for the same ticket. The lady who is selling the ticket couldn't help me when I demanded an explanation as to why black students are paying R40 while white students are paying R20 for the tickets.<br> <br> Someone needs to give us answers.
