MOST UNORGANISED CAMPUS, MENTALLY DRAINING EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

I app**** to write a exam at a later sitting, I then logged multiple tickets to enquire on which sitting is applicable to me and received no response for multiple tickets, later on I was told I had to write a supplementary exam and since the date for the sup had passed i would be given a 0% mark. I logged multiple tickets and finally gotten an approval to write at the next normal sitting which was for the following year in September . I studied, took time off work and traveled to go write this year Feb 2023 , after the exam was over I was then told that it was never approved and that they will not be marking the paper. I asked for an email where I can escalate and was given an email to re-apply for them to mark the paper which basically states that you have to apply within 5 days of the missed assessment or it will not be considered, yet again they are wasting my time and shifting the problem to me.

I would never advise anymore to register their child at Varsity College, it is mentally overwhelming and they show no care to their students or even take accountability for their mistakes.

The whole year last year, there have been cases whereby varsity college neglects it duties but end up rectifying by inconveniencing the me and never themselves.

This is not my first complaint, there’s still issues that I have complained about that haven’t been resolved since the beginning of 2nd semester.

We are also told to paid or there will be penalties even though, modules are not reflecting, modules that have be paid for and completed in the previous years, still form part of recent fee statement.

I honestly hate this school, I regret registering!!!!!
