Lack of communication

Despite my efforts to adress issues which i came across at varsity college waterfall , which is rather dissapoint , i app**** for a replacement test on the student hub of which i was told i would receive a response via which i never did . I also recall trying to submit an assignment of which i was denied though i had asked for assistance on to go about the matter as i had issues with registration. A number of issues came about but the mentioned i feel are rather upsetting.
