Incompetence of IIE

I just watched the episode on checkpoint about Rosebank and the way this year has just been a mess, everyday you need to be fighting for stupid things like being registered for modules you don't do, being told you owe tuition when you paid it of or being told you failed when your results show otherwise and all they have to say is bere with us we working hard to fix the problem and fami****ize ourselves with stasy. I'm currently a final year student but I'm afraid next year I'll be told I didn't register because everyday you get new knews from IIE. We haven't received Cass but we are busy with exams. The saying they like to say that you are not just a number is a lie we are just numbers who are trapped in an institute that puts capital before anything else. They do not mind calling your entire family to say you owe them but fail to fix their mistakes or follow up. I have spent days missing classes to fix my results and iys frustrating but no one cares at IIE.
