Frustration

This is basically the only way you can get ahold of Varsity College because they never respond to phone calls or emails or that VcAssist platform, if the is any institution that causes depression and mental health stress please come to varsity college.

I am a returning student who has been taken pillar to post with registering for my repeat phase out modules, I can’t access the portal nor can I navigate through this intranet of theirs, meaning I can’t view my modules marks. During special exam season we couldn’t access the vc learn so we had to study with I don’t know what.. nonetheless, I’ve been requesting to get registered on the vc assist and my fee structure and for and AOC to call me with regards to the information from the first of April to date, I’m writing this out of frustration coz when you call they’ll tell you since you are a returning student log a vc assist request but they never responded…… you send emails personally to the administrators they say log a vc assist ticket which they never respond…

I have been with Vc for 4 years now, and although I like the institution, it’s culture and it’s environment I am writing this out of frustration and no where else to resort to but Hello Peter. I need this matter resolved ASAP as this is taking a toll on my mental health and my life in totality.
