I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the outstanding assistance provided by Boikutlo Moswane regarding my remark issue. When I app**** for the remark, I got a response from the school saying that my remark was approved and after that, there was no communication further until one day I decided to call the school and my call was directed to Boikutlo and she wasn’t hesitant to help me when I explained to her why I had called. She asked me to send her all the communication between me and the school after I app**** for the remark and the proof of payment for the remark, I did exactly that and she told me she would investigate the matter and help me. Her unwavering dedication and prompt response significantly contributed to my success, resulting in a higher mark than my initial one. I am truly grateful for her exceptional support and commitment to ensuring a positive outcome and I am also truly grateful for her help because not even once did she make me feel like I was bothering her because I emailed and called her almost every day asking her about an update regarding my remark issue and she would call or email every time I asked and she would assure me that she would do everything in her power to ensure that my script gets remarked and with all honesty, she lived up to her word. My Programming Exam marks went from 39% to 73%. I’m extremely happy and proud of myself and I honestly can’t thank Boikutlo enough for helping me and pushing through for me to get my new mark. She is the best Customer Relations Officer because my experience with her was beyond amazing, an honest 10/10 and she deserves all the stars I can give.
