DISHONEST, ********* INSTITUTION

IIE Varsity College Waterfall At this point I have absolutely no faith, nor trust in this institution. We are paying sk much money, but not getting value in return. My registration process had been completed early February, with my first installment paid off. Class was meant to start 28th February 2022. And by then my registration had not been complete, with no communication whatsoever from the campus about any complications they may have encountered. I call the campus and I'm informed that I have to go back to campus to register again. I get there and suddenly they find my contract. So I then Express that I would like to cancel the contract as a result of being demoralised by the lack of accountability from the institution as now no one seems to know why I would have been told to come and register again. Then they tell me I would be liable for a certain cost to my contract. So I decide continue on because it did kot make sense to me to pay for something I'm not getting, hoping that this would be prioritised.

All of March I still had no access to my academic material, and yet I'm the one constantly asking for feedback. Eventually they send me timetable and assessment schedule to my personal email, and to my finding, it is the wrong schedule, that being full time. I app**** for part time and they sent full time schedule and I explain my reasons for not applying full time and they tell me that there weren't enough students that app**** for part time so they cannot afford me that programme. They further tell me that I don't have to worry as attendance for the course is not compulsory. But I have to maintain paying for the full time course. In April, the institution goes on to Debit more than the agreed amount on the contract, and they do it again in May. So i went to campus to ask for a copy of my contract as at this point I don't know what is going on and I'm not getting any satisfaction from the campus, there are a lot of inconveniences, no communication, no accountability and I find that as stipulated on the contract they were in fact supposed to cancel the contract as they did not have they course available.

This is not an honest institution! It's very important to be well informed when dealing with VC. I have learned this the hard way, unfortunately.
