VC terrible admin

<div>Utterly appalled by the lack of assistance from VC. Their only concern was to make sure I pay without actually trying to assist me with registration. I am behind on all my work because they still have not uploaded my correct modules or the modules they have added have IT issues. Most likely going to fail 1st semester but they probably would not care.</div>
