Varsiy College- Not refunding Institutes

I registered my son and paid both the no-refundable fees and an addition fee of R2500 which is deducted monthly from the fees. My son informed them long in advance- before college started. I filled in a refun form and everytime I call for the refund, they say its been processed. It already 3 months and noenew from them.
