Varsity college must stop *********** people

Varsity College is *********** people.

My daughter registered with Varsity college on the 1st week of Feb 2021 without my concern. On the following day I called Varsity college to cancel her application and the registration form through telephone and I even explained the reason for cancellation, and I was told it has been cancelled. After a month I noticed that I'm still getting sms from varsity college, I called them again to find out why I'm still getting school notifications, I was told that I need to cancel again in writing and I did as per their request. Now two weeks back I received an email from the school saying that I owe varsity college 38 000 because I cancelled later which is not true, their are lying. I requested them to share any signed agreement between myself and the school, nothing shared until now but I was told that I'm still liable for the money owed.

I 'm really confused because I never signed the registration form or any application form with them. The application form was cancelled on the next day through telephone conversation and I was told the application form was cancelled.

In my understanding I don't have signed agreement with varsity college.
