Varisty college *******

My daughter registered with Varsity College in Sandton, we paid them the registration fee and then was asked to pay another Pre-registration fee of R2000, on the 12 November 2021 i sent them an email retracting the application as we realised we could not pay the fees for the next 3 years , at the tm eof me sending the mail my daughter was never accepted by them as a registered student, i then asked for the refund of the R2000 and was told that it was not possible as they will only refund if my daighter does not get accepted into the program, I think this is a ridicouls self made policy by these people and they ripping people off, i have now handed this to my lawyer, as i believe that this instituion is all about the greed for money and not the interest of humans, i have emailed a lady by the name of Pamela and she is no help whatsoever, trying to shove some useless policiy of theirs to me.
