Unqualified lecturers & Bad Planning

I am in my 2nd year at Varsity College Sandton Campus, doing a BEd Degree. I have had a terrible experience, mostly due to no lecturers or unqualified lecturers.

My first year, I did not have a Math lecturer for a first semester module, 2nd semester I had a NS lecturer for 2 lectures only, she was not replaced for the rest of the semester. Psychology lecturer was 23 years old, with no intent to teach and is quoted saying "I'm only doing this job to complete my studies" , continuously swore in class and generally held herself in an unprofessional manner.

Lectures were continuously cancelled on the day, as well as lecturers not pitching without any notice.

My 2nd year started 3 days ago - Child Development lecturer is being taught by the students and not the other way around, questions are not being answered and it seems that she has very little knowledge on the subject.

I cannot afford to go through another year of these issues, it was continuously raised by the students in my first year, we are paying for a private education but are definitely not benefiting from it.
