UNPROFESSIONAL AND ***********!!

I am utterly disgusted in the unprofessionalism and lack of competence displayed by the staff members of varsity college. I have tried countless times to get hold of Cleavon who is apparently the only person that can assist me with registering for additional modules and he is never available. Every person I have spoken to from varsity college has given me different information, no one knows what they are actually doing. I have exhausted all avenues and I don’t know how to possibly address this matter any further. If I knew how poor the customer service is at varsity college, I wouldn’t even study there for free. It is a complete disappointment and wouldn’t send my worst enemy to deal with anyone from varsity college. I am disgusted!
