unhappy

I'm not sure whether hello peter is helpful ,let me say what I'm not happy. Varsity college indicated on their response that they are investigating my issue ,that last week Thursday to date I haven't heard nothing they claim to have called me,but wasn't any call on my cell,they said money was deposited on the account when we go to the bank we were informed that the cheque was deposited but I cant get access it will take three weeks if you read last report. Please help again
