The Student hub is impersonal and does not take students well being into consideration

I'm a 1st year Student at VC Sandton studying a bcom as a full time student, and I honestly hate the system in which they use, the student hub, as it is so impersonal. Let me first say this, I am in 5th year remission after dealing with cancer at the age of 14, and every few months or so I have to have a scan to make sure the cancer has not come back, the issue here is I am allergic to the iodine they inject into my body, this has left me with a very weak immune system, which results in me being sick a lot. With this being said and being a new student I had no idea how the student hub worked. When it came to to apply for my first replacement assignment/assessment I was 1 day late. I was very sick and the Friday of this same week my father went in for a craniotomy to remove a mass from his brain. so applying for a rewrite was not my main focus. after I app**** I received no email saying it has been accepted or not and I studied for the replacement sitting only to be told on the day by the academic receptionist that my request wasn't approved, this was back in May and had no idea how to even make contact with those who have power within the campus to sort the issue out.

After having cancer at a young age I also face PTSD everyday which sees my blood pressure be effect greatly and during the time of the exams I was in the process of having my medication change to a stronger dose as my blood pressure was to high and I was left with a constant headache, migraines and heart palpitations, this made focusing and studying hard. with that being said I missed the first exam sitting and for accounting and app**** and this time I got an email, but I missed the exam sitting 2 this week as well due to illness so unfortunately I see myself applying for exam sitting 3. the following week I woke up with a minor headache which progressed into a migraine and found myself vomiting and not being able to concentrate in my economics exam, I wrote my exam and got a FES, but on that same day I got a Doctors note and app**** within the 5 day period and I still have no confirmation whether I can go write my economics exam in sitting 2 next week Wednesday. among other things mentioned I am above the required mark to pass in business management however, I got a FES once again and I can not get a sick note for every exam and was left to writing the exam.

I understand If I have to repeat business management but I refuse to be denied to rewrite economics in exam sitting 2 and sit my first sitting for accounting in exam sitting 3
