TERRIBLE ADMIN AT VARSITY COLLEGE SANDTON!!

I am honestly so disappointed at the terrible service I’ve received at Varsity Collage Sandton. It honestly breaks my heart. We encouraged to work hard all year and we do but when it’s time to get our marks we are not treated fairly. It’s my final year in Varsity and I can’t believe varsity College is doing this to me.

I been waiting for me Media Ice marks to be updates since beginning of October but nothing my lecturer insists she sent them to my HOD but my HOD says she didn’t receive anything when asking my HOD to help she takes forever to reply to emails and when I call she never picks up my calls. When I go to campus they always say she’s in meetings and can’t help me.

I have numerous emails where I asking to be helped with this regard before I wrote my final exam for media 3B even.

Now my HOD says my lecturer is no where to be found and they can’t fix my marks how unfair is that because I did my work and even discussed with my that she would email my marks to my HOD

I asked my HOD from beginning of the year to update my name on the ice register to avoid such complications but she didn’t.

I am honestly hurt because of this issue it really affected my final mark. Even though I did exceptionally well in my exam by final mark was affected because my ice mark wasn’t updated according

I honestly at some point took so much pride in my Varsity I mean I was even head of SLB for 2 years but I’m disappointed as how they are treating me.

We huge amount of money hopping to get excellent service and communication from the school but nothing!!

It’s sad to represent such a big brand and have nothing good to say.

When is comes to Admin VC is the worst!! I honestly at this point wouldn’t recommend it to any new 2019 students.

Can I please get assistance to this regard
