Still no joy from Varsity College Sandton

I'm still not getting assistance with regards to the amendment of my academic report. There is a module that still appears as outstanding therefore I cannot apply for a special exam which means I will not be eligible to graduate this year.

The module PSED 5112 1B should not be registered as outstanding as PSCY 5111 1B was completed in 2019. The only module I needed to rewrite was PSCY 5111 1A which was changed to PSED 5111 1A in 2020 and that module was done in the first half of the year in 2020. I have been to customer relations centre where I was assured the matter will be sorted and until today- I'm still battling to get my records to be updated accordingly. Please treat as a matter of urgency as time is running out for me to re-apply.
