Shuttles

I am highly disappointed in varsity college Sandtons bus service to me as a student. For the last few months students have been complaining about how this service is useless due to they make students wait for the shuttle for at least 20 to 40 minutes to arrive when there are 3/4 shuttles for the students. One arrives at the station fetches the station the second one will arrive 30 minutes later after the first one when the campus is 10 minutes away from the Gautrain station. Students have waited up to 1 hour for a shuttle to arrive. Students have also waited 2hours in the afternoon from 11 to 13:00. Students were also told they are only making 4 trips in the late afternoon 2 to the station and 2 back to the varsity. Students have also have to sit crowded 10 seater bus due to the next bus will take forever to arrive. Students are tired of waiting for hours on end for the shuttles to arrive to et to varsity. Students don't even arrive to campus due to they are not waiting for the shuttles and are not able I spend money for either an uber or bus to arrive to where they need to go. I am speaking on behalf of many students who go through this every day Monday to Friday. The students are tired of getting to there lessons late , sitting in a crowded shuttle. Students sit on the floors in the shuttle due to they are late and can't wait for the next one and are not able to pay a bus or uber or taxi. The students are not safe in these circumstances. Students have sat on the floor in a crowded 10 seater shuttle that was holding 14 people. A few were standing and a few were sitting by the door that would not shut and the students could fall out. I am highly disappointed in how this campus is handling this situation. Students do not come forward due to they won't be listened.
