Seriously ***** record keeping practices

I went to the college after high school and mind you Varsity college was neither then or is now a cheap institution to attend. Imagine my surprise when i call the school to get a copy of my results for a course i finished with them only to be told that they do not have records of me at their college, They said that at the time I went there they did not have the adequate equipment to store the information so some information was lost and cannot be retrieved. They cannot and will not give a completion letter for my course either, so its basically like they said "Thank you for the money but we cant help you" So I went to this institution for 2 years, paid and studied and passed but its like it would have been no different if i had stayed at home and drank my tuition fees. Varsity college basically does not keep records. Everyone should think about that before registering with this institution
