Registration Nightmare

This is my second year doing BCOM Distance and this has been my experience so far. Let's start of with registration. This portal never worked properly. My Accounting 1A was selected for semester 4 and not semester 3, where it needed to be, and there was nothing I could do to change that from my screen. I submitted countless tickets and emails regarding my issue. I was then told to "just register" so long and then submit an amendment form. To my knowledge and countless phone calls and emails, this has still not been resolved as Accounting 1A is STILL not in my VCLearn. I have missed collabs, lesson plans and I'm sure a lot more, yet I will still be required to submit my assignments etc. at the same time as the students who very very very lucky in registering successfully as I know this issue does not affect just me. I've submitted tickets and get a short response with very limited information saying this is still being actioned and my ticket gets closed but yet MY TICKET IS NOT RESOLVED! What is the lead time to get this sorted? What am I expected to do in the mean time? I don't even know who my Tutor is supposed to be so I cannot reach out to them.
