Refund Denied - VARSITY COLLEGE SANDTON

Good day I have made a payment into Varsity College Sandton in Error, as they were still listed on my list of beneficiaries, my child is however enrolled into another college, I have contacted Varsity college on the 23rd April 2025 explaining to them my error, and requested a refund, I have sent through all the proofs, to date no answer, the other college is not allowing my child to write her exam, because of the 1 month arrears, and Varsity College Sandton, is turning a deaf ear, is this how such a reputable college behaves???
