****** and Disrespectful towards Africans

Its funny how when you complain directly with VC they never help us patents out, so my sons account has been owing which I made arrangements to pay the outstanding amount off until the woman called Tania decided to go back on her word on my sons 2 modules which cost R20000 like they fotgot about them, they failed to inform my son on time concerning the modules on time until he went to enquire about his performance and found out both portfolio's weren't marked based on the data on the disc was *******ed so they discussed what was the way forward since his work station was erased which they do on a yearly bases for the computers to be reimaged and so his portfolio's were gone which meant he has to redo the whole 2 modules again and they agreed to that and so no cost would be added for those modules , until this woman who has the nerve to send someone who doesn't know anything about the issues to tell my son its not their problem and that he MUST pay for them ,this ****** didn't even have the respect to sit down with my son now she's holding my son back from continuing with his studies because this issue needs to be resolved. Such disrespect these people have shown to my son , they'll need to repay for those 3 modules I'm taking my son out of that institutions.
