R2400 lost as Varsity College hides behind policies??

We enrolled in July 2022 and were told we could choose to attend morning (8-12pm) or afternoon classes for a BCom Degree. We chose the morning classes. 2 weeks into the semester March 2023, we received a call to say classes are to be changed to the afternoon (1-5pm). Logistics were already planned, and the child had started college, bought the books etc. Having many other friends and children attending the Sandton college, we were the only people affected by the above. I went to see Kimberly and she agreed to refund the entire fee which I requested include R 400 application and R 2000 registration. Now she refuses to refund the R 2400.00 after giving me her word. Why does the CHE allow these organizations to take hard working people for a ride!!! Disrupted and disheartened my child's college experience. We have since moved elsewhere, bought new books and rearranged our logistics. BE WARNED....false promises galore!!!!!!
