Questionable procedures

On the 15th of June and again on the 19th of June I was scheduled to write two of my exams but due to the period cramps, I had experienced I was not able to leave my home. I have a condition which affects my back and legs and have to take medication for the pain to ease.

I had submitted my doctors note on time in order to write the replacement/second sitting for these exams. However, I found out that they were both rejected and I had to submit an appeal with condition (I went to the doctor and explained what had occurred and he was hesitant to write my condition as they are not allowed to do so).

I resubmitted the necessary documents and encouraged (Varsity College) that they contact my doctor if they had any further questions, only for my appeal to be declined once again without reason.

I later went to the doctor for a checkup and asked if Varsity College Sandton had indeed contacted him and he confirmed that they did not.

I'm annoyed at this fact as this is a personal issue I've been dealing with for years and the fact that my condition is written on my contract and my appeal was still declined and I suspect not investigated shows that Varsity College does not care for their clients.
