Problems with The Deregistering of My Application.

I am currently a student at Varsity College and I was awarded a Bursary from Nsfas but little did I know that Nsfas only funds public institutions so now I want to leave Varsity College but some Lady at the Finance office said I cannot leave as I'm liable for the full study fees which are R80 000 as stated in the contract.

So if I want to be deregistered, I would still have to pay the full school fees regardless of attendance or not. So mainly Varsity College is all about money and doesn't care less about understanding certain situations. So at this point in time I don't know what to do as I do not have that amount to pay as my mom is an informal trader. I explained all this to the lady at the Finance office but she said I'm liable for the full school fees otherwise they will blacklist me.

Varsity College does not care about your background. They care about money.
