Poor Service - Varsity College Sandton

I have been trying to get my full transcript from Varsity College since last year December, the last email I received from them they promised to assist when they come back in January as they were working with skeleton staff in December. I have sent numerous emails with no response and I have been trying to get hold of them via phone calls and none of the peoples who work in customer relations ever pick up their phones. This is really frustrating especially because they are failing to communicate or even better answer their calls and respond to emails!!!!!
