Poor Service Varsity College Sandton

The administrative support in this Institution is Non-Existent.....We have been trying to get answers to moving from full tuition learning to on-line and we have been met with NO assistance....all we have had is promises to revert to us by management and they NEVER reply to e-mails. When calling into the Sandton Campus telephones are answered by students (if you are lucky) , but in MOST instances the calls are not even answered. I agree with other critics on this site that VC appears to be a deposit taking institution rather than a revered "private educational institution". I wholeheartedly regret sending my son here after the treatment that has been meated out to us . It is highly unprofessional.
