Poor Service and Communication

I am very frustrated with Varsity College Sandton, my daughter has been registered for Bcom, and we have paid full for the year in advance. She has been allocated to the afternoon classes which is not convenience for safety reasons.

And that I have addressed the issue with the Varsity career center, which was amended/resolved per my request but later changed. I further wrote an email a week ago which was never attended to, my daughter on the other hand wrote emails requests with no avail. Tried calling on several occasions without any progress.
