Poor admin s****s.

Their admin is absolutely shocking. I am a 3rd year student and I have been trying for 2 almost 3 weeks to get my text books sorted but VC does not answer their phone or email lines.

I have fully registered with VC and have checked with Wize books if I am on their system. They have since informed me that it is an issue with VC. VC has been no help.

I start classes on Monday with no textbooks due to their lack of communication, and lack of admin s****s.

This is unacceptable for a private varsity.

I am posting here hoping that I will get a response, and have this sorted before Monday.
