PHONE LINES SERVICE DELIVERY
This complaint is specifically about the phone lines and the contact no ***. I was on hold for more than 50 minutes today. Finally they just dropped the line. This is always the case. On numerous occassion's last year. That had nothing to do with Telkom ever. Pathetic for a top notch institution!!!
