Pathetic customer service

<div>The professionalism at VC is 0% I drove to campus with my daughter to get the correct bill of cost as a lady named +++++&nbsp; gave me the impression that I was asking for too much, we paid the fees no one is answering phones, responding to emails nothing, just made my 13th call just for this week with no luck,,,what a bunch of useless staff as and when someone answers and you get transferred to finance they cut the call</div>
