No assistant

This is the second time I'm writing a review and complaining about the same thing. I can't seem to find assistant with regards to my marks and portal. Now I'm being told different stories and no one can tell me what my marks are for both my modules one has been released since last year December and the other was released on the 3rd. I don't think I'm asking for too much, I just need to know my marks so I know if I need to write any supplementary I've been logging tickets. I've been promised that they'll send me an email to let me know regarding my marks this is really unfair.
