No admission correspondence.

Hi there I am hoping to receive assistance on my third year admission to VC.

My application was supposedly “finalized” almost 3 weeks ago and I have still not received any correspondence from the admissions office at Varsity College Sandton. This is very worrying as we have already submitted a payment of over R80000 and classes have commenced meaning I am steadily falling behind on work being covered.

I have made numerous calls to the front desk, and the admissions office with no answer as well as no call back.

The contact with whom I was communicating over email has also not responded to me in over 2 weeks which leads me to wonder what is happening with my application. It had been an ongoing struggle since January to receive assistance and correspondence.

I have bursary that is paid by Discovery South Africa and they are also beginning to dig deeper into the situation as they submitted payment and are unhappy with the fact that I have still not been contacted and they have still not received any feedback on their end.
