My school is making me repeat and pay for a module that I have passed!!

I app**** a day late for my exam concession- which is understood as to why my application was denied however my overall mark is a pass and I don't think it's fair for me to repeat an entire module based on an honest mistake. Receiving a 0 for my exam is understandable as I didn't meet the requirements for the concession (applying a day late). I passed my module, therefore I shouldn't have to repeat it especially because it's an additional cost which my family would incur.
