Limiting my brother an opportunity to a better future.

My brother (Lethukuthula Twala) app**** at Varsity College in Sandton for the public relation course and did the 3 years course which was supposed to be completed in 2012 but had a POE module left and app**** for it in 2014, because did not apply 2013. He did the POE module and pass but was told its the wrong module, and have to apply for the right module and he app**** for it again in 2015 did it passed again told it was the wrong module, app**** again in 2016 was told the same thing and 2017 was told they can't find my assignment and I do have proof of evident that I handed it in. This is the second time we writing to hello peter and was promise this matter would be sorted by the school but been getting empty promises from 2014 over 1 module that he keep passing till now. We reported the matter and its never attend to and they buy time then later in the year we told he needs to repeat the module for the next coming year. We would kindly like the IIE to attend to this matter or the embodiment of the private school sector. He keeps missing opportunities of employment due to this and this has affected me and our family drastically.
