Late submission due to work.

On the day i was supposed to submit i was equally working late and racing against time to have all the transactions entered before ledgers closed that night. I left the office at 7:30pm. As soon as i got home i sent an email to the lecturer to late her know due to work i was running late. She directed me to Admin at Varsity Sandton run by the most *********** coordinators since me studying there in 2008. I immediately sent an email to the school attaching an internal email from my superiors stating that ledgers were closing that night and all transactions had to be in. Then Nyiko told me to apply in the student hub which i did. First thing in the morning. I never heard any thing from anyone after that. 3 weeks later i asked the lecture if she got my late submission. She confirmed she did and had marked and submitted to admin for mark allocation. A month later i went to the school. Only for Nyiko to print me an A4 paper not even on letterhead saying the hub responded that i will get 0% and funny enough i never got that email. Another student submitted late claiming she couldn't log into the system. She got her results. Not sure what criteria they are using as i am a distant student who has a full time job that pays them! Varsity Sandton has become the worst college to even recommend anyone. With that said. I am so disappointed and frustrated because its very expensive for nothing.
