Lack of professionalism

I was a student with varsity college (sandton) but no longer am, due to there lack of professionalism in fact for a private institution there operate WORSE than a government institution.

Earlier this year i enrolled to complete my studies there then notified me a day before i start lectures that there cannot run my programme hence, i had to find another provider, taking into account i am working and that other institutions applications are closed are closed, fortunately one institution assist me and came to my rescue and i thank them for that.

Furthermore there took there own time to refund me there said 1 week but when i spoke to the manager there did it in two days so it shows that there are only not professional but also have a great lack of communication s****s.

And also when i app**** for credits last year i found out there still have not processed my application this is after one year. I mean how long does it take you.
