Institution slow to assist! Waiting to pay to get my qualification

I have needed a bank account a confirmation letter from a the institution representative to get my bursary to pay for a course I did in 2023. This is necessary for vendor registration so that I can get my Qualifications. The credit/ finance department is letting me down. Would not recommend!
