*********** Admin that ignores students

Extremely poor administration I was failed on one of my modules as there was an error reading the disc i submitted on. I received an email at 16:40 on Wednesday informing me that I had to resubmit the following day before 17:00. I was not able to do this as I was in Durban at the time and not JHB (where I study). So I was failed. I decided not to fight it as I felt guilty (even though they were too *********** to inform me sooner)

Now I am having an issue with the new hand in method we have to follow (Microsoft Teams) as according to Microsoft, I am not assigned to any classes which means I can't hand in my assignment I have emailed my student adviser 3 times now with no response I phoned the front desk and asked to be put through, only to be put on hold for 3 minutes and then hung up on (this happened twice)

For those looking for a place to study I would highly recommend you avoid this **** show I have had countless issues adding to the stress of being a student as well as family issues (which I have explained in detail to all of my Lecturers as well as my student adviser)
