Incoherence and Overselling

After what was an abysmal last year at Varsity College (Exams being postponed and written in Semester 2), I have finally passed the requirements for the course. Now, wanting to study at another institution that offers a course Varsity College does not. I am unable to even submit an application. For an institution that harps on about being equivalent to other public institutions, they really fall short of the mark. Firstly, I have requested an "Academic Transcript" countless times, as the other institution requires it. Yet, in response I have been sent countless "Academic Statement of Results". I am honestly at my wits end at this point, no-one can even give me a coherent answer to the questions I log on the assist platform. To give credit where credit is due, I enjoyed my time at the institution. However, this has soured the experience totally.

In short Varsity College is like chain smoking, nice at first but after a while leaves you in pain and with a bitter taste in your mouth.
